Organiser: Bilingualism and Languages Network (BLN) an independent, non-profit making Languages Forum in education, which provides open access for good suggestions, involvement and efficacious delivery from teachers; delivers training, school-based initiatives, projects, findings; facilitates access to top experts, data information, research findings, etc. BLN works flexibly with a range of HE institutions and agencies both in the education system and elsewhere.

The Fourth Annual Conference on ESL/AL held on Thursday 16th November 1995 in London was attended by 85 participants. The main theme was Second Language Assessment.
