Ming Tsow has taught at university level in Toronto, Nigeria and London. In London she has contributed nationally as a lecturer, inspector, teacher trainer, researcher and consultant to the development and delivery of bilingualism and community languages, modern languages and the National Curriculum.
In education and Information Technology she has pioneered over the past five years courses in the use of IT to motivate, facilitate and accelerate language learning with David Buckland and Andy Cox.
Her publications include national policy statements, research reports and articles, as well as editing the BLN Network Journal.
